This project is a new residential development locates in Queens, NYC. It is designed as a young people's apartment which energetic and fresh architectural element to the existing community. The facade is wrapped by a cement board which creates simple and natural fixtures and brings up strong contrast to the neighborhood. The entrance staircase is designed as a lighting element that lights up the whole entrance area at night and makes the space feel safe and welcoming.
